Questions We Hear Often
Do you only work with Odoo, or with other systems too?
Odoo is our core ERP specialty, but our AI agents and websites connect to any system with an API. We regularly integrate Odoo with payment providers, marketplaces, shipping carriers and in-house tools.
Which Odoo versions do you support?
We build on current Odoo releases, including Odoo 19 Enterprise, and we migrate databases and custom modules from older versions forward.
How do you keep AI agents safe in production?
Agents run with the same access rights as the users they act for, every action is logged, and anything outside defined limits is escalated to a person for approval.
How is a project priced?
After a discovery call we send a written blueprint with fixed-scope milestones. You can also retain AI employees or dedicated engineers on a monthly basis — see our engagement models.
Who owns the code we pay for?
